1) “Strike Out” option:
request a full refund by emailing FGYB email address ([email protected]) Our signing authorities will work over the next couple of weeks to get checks in the mail to you. Please include your name, address and players requesting refund. *please note if this option is selected your player will be removed from rosters in the event we are able to salvage any part of the season. We will not be reopening the registration for the 2020 spring season.
2) “Rain Delay” option:
This option leaves your registration fee in place and will afford you the option down the road to a) play the 2020 spring season if we are able, b) use as a credit towards Fall Ball, or c) use as a credit towards the 2021 spring season *8th grade players will receive a refund if no season*
3) “Home Run” option:
This option allows you to leave the registration fee in place and will afford you the option down the road to a) play the 2020 spring season if we are able, or b) donate it to the program. If donation is the result FGYB will issue you a tax deductible receipt for your generosity as our program is only able to operate due to the extremely generous donations from our community.
FGYB will build a tracking system and will honor your election at any time up until but no later than 3/31/20.
